The Star is an all rounder. No other traditional commercial espresso machine can boast it's combination of compact size, high-drop, large boiler/element and in-depth digital features - let alone the hundreds of other details which make it exceptional to use day-to-day. The 2-group Star espresso machine is hugely durable. Despite its compact footprint it is capable of outputting 240 cappuccinos per hour and 45 litres of hot water per hour, making it suitable for busy restuarants/bars and small-to-medium coffee and sandwich shops.
