2nd Septempber 2008 - New small / medium / large touchpads available
The classic 4 button touchpad can now sit uncomfortably with an increasing number of take-away outlets offering 3 drink sizes. Especially those using 3-shot filter baskets. Now you can have 3 simple buttons for single, double and triple shots of coffee making life a lot easier for yourself and your staff.
30th August 2007 - Online shop launch!
A new online shop, containing the most up-to-date pricing and availability information for all of the Star Espresso Machine range. As with our espresso machines, we've tried to stick to our philosophy of keeping it simple, with everything you do need and nothing you don't. No hidden delivery charges, simple FAQs, lots of offers and no annoying flashy adverts.

1st August 2007 - Pod conversion kit now available
For new and existing machines. If you are finding the old 1, 2, 3 combination of grinding/dosing/tamping a chore, having difficulty offering consistent coffee or perhaps need to save some valuable space - a simple conversion kit is now available to allow your group head and filter basket to accept pods.
For those of you with more than one group, you can use one for pods (say for decaff coffees) leaving the other(s) for usual usage.
The entire kit, including installation and a few pods to get you going, costs just £119 +vat per group. As ever though, Star espresso machines makes it as easy as possible for you do it yourself should you wish to save £50 - complete with comprehensive instructions.
